2 hours of Personalized Coaching
The development of a personalized program originating in a three hour process that includes the following:
1. Personalized Assessment: With the assistance of a weight coach we jointly review your personal profile.
2. Develop personalized objectives: Personal assessments are analyzed in conjunction of your personal goals are then integrate into weekly objectives.
3. Development of personalized tracking tools: Identify your most important and meaningful TWB tools and give specialized guidance on how to integrate them into your daily flow.
